My daughter's nails were exactly like her inspo pic, immaculate! Mine felt a bit rushed, my tech was watching his phone the whole time he was doing my nails. One hand was longer than the other, and the polish was a bit lumpy due to thick coats that didn't cure all the way.
Edit** After this review, the sweet owner reached out to me, and wanted me to come back in so she could personally make it right. She and her husband talked with the employees about phone usage while working on clients. I was very pleased!
Went for the first time today and was blown away! I have had horrible experiences here in san angelo with nail places, so I was hesitant, after today ill be a return customer for life!! The techs were so sweet, they were exceptional and doing everything i asked for as well!
Vincent did my set in color and then Tom came over and did my design? Those were more than I asked for and both extremely pleasant to work with. Ms. Karen came by multiple times to check and compliment on how it was going. They truly made me feel welcome. And at the end of my service, I was beyond thrilled, and we'll more than lock, quite big coming back.
