Although we a had an appointment they contacted us to get there sooner because the storms were beginning to develope. My wife had an injury to her eye that was beginning to get infected. The staff as well as the two doctors treated us like old friends or family rather than as first time patients. I assure everyone, this was our first visit, but it will not be our last ones. This is a very professional and friendly business.

I get really good care at Sunset Eye Care. The girls go out of their way to be helpful to me. They are very good at explaining the procedures they will be doing. Dr. Holle is very easy to talk to and always talks to me about the results of procedures done in a way I can understand them. Everyone truly cares.

Nice, friendly office personnel. Seemed efficient. Optometric technician was personable as well. Her accent sounded a little heavy at times but she was quick to repeat the words I had difficulty understanding. She also seemed efficient in her role. I felt like I spent more time with her than the optometrist but I'm sure that was probably wasn't the case.
The optometrist that I saw wasn't the same as I had seen previously. I was told that due to a computer glitch, my original appointment had been deleted and my usual O.D. was booked full. I had to be "worked in". I prefer to see the same person but the one I saw seemed... read full review
