Sarah Garcia was lovely. Monday morning is tough for anyone but she didn't even bat an eye and was super cool and kind to all 3 people who were waiting when the gates opened. Very sweet. I got a long lob and it looks fantastic. She made it easy.

Tom did my grandsons haircut. A little more manly then I am used to but he did a good job and very quick. I had booked online for 1130 with Sarah but she informed me she was about to do the mom of a child she had just finished. Why book online if you still have to wait another half hour or more after appointment time is my question. Either way she had Tom do it and it was a quick ok experience.
