I can't say enough good things about Blake Duncan Premiere Re-Builders! If, I ever had any concerns or questions all I had to do is ask John and he would take his time to answer every question I had. He wasn't on the job the entire time and I understood that...he did have other crews working in other locations and needed to keep everyone lined out. They went above and beyond on my mother's roof. They even fixed some issues that they didn't have to. Thank you guys for doing such a great job!! Will always recommend y'all.

I needed to replace 3 layers of asphalt roofing on a duplex built in 1928. After several local bids Premiere Rebuilders came in as the lowest bid, and agreed to install the standing seam metal roof onto of the original furring strips at my request. They did not require a deposit and set a date about a month out to get started. A crew of 5 men from San Antonio worked long days using Duncan's equipment and had the job finished in 7 working days. The roof was composed of steep pitches and a number of complex valleys. Standing seam roofing is more of an art than a simple roof replacement. 6 months later the roof has had no problems or leaks.
