I keep asking them not to starch my clothes but they keep putting starch on my clothes. This is 4 times now. This has been emphasized to them over and over. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.

I dropped off my pants to get starch. And somehow they lost one pair of jeans. It’s been two weeks and they still haven’t given me an answer or any updates of where my pants are!! Bad service and experience!

I have a been long time customer service has been great up until recently customer and quality have been horrible I pants starched with wrinkles i them after Requesting and paying for extra heavy starch… manager Gustavo Castro couldn’t be any ruder I after his employees lost my pant and hasn’t been the first time… last Time they found my missing items with in minutes this time he asked for a description of my missing pant… which I gave the his employee at store 6. Apparently wasn’t enough because now I have to take time out of my day to give a written description which is pointless I think what the purpose of the bar codes holiday cleaners puts on each piece... read full review
