Kind people, knowledgeable and helpful, came out same week to get rid of an ant problem we had, also got us taken care of for a great price. Best place in town, definitely recommend and will use again!

I’ve been using Hi-Tech Pest Defense for at least 4 years. They email, and text you your upcoming appointment two weeks before your next visit, giving ample time to reschedule, they also email a week prior. Edna is always quick to call back or text when you leave a message. The techs are always nice and answer questions you might have, also, they will text you and let you know that they are on their way to your house. If you tell the technician what your problem area is (black widow’s for example) they will focus on that and the entry point etc. Great customer service all around!!

*updated 4/22/2025 Been using them for 6 months and after this last storm all the critters are looking for shelter. Edna responded right away and got scheduled with ease. Google won't let me post a new review but I'm still giving them 5 stars!
updated 11-17-24 Needed respray due to scorpions continuing to want to be roomies. While my cats thought it was fun, I was less than thrilled. Ty was very knowledgable and provided a handout with helpful info. Only issue was that service was expected yesterday and I was not contacted when they were not going to be able to perform the job. ******* New user to the service.... read full review
