Big shoutout to Mario Sauceda over at Direct Auto Insurance. The guy brings energy, urgency, and results. From the jump, he was dialed in — shopping options, breaking down coverage, and making sure the numbers made sense without any smoke and mirrors.
What stood out most? Accountability. Mario didn’t just sell a policy and disappear. He stayed engaged, answered follow-ups fast, and made sure everything was buttoned up tight. That’s rare.
If you want someone who treats your insurance like it’s mission-critical and not just another transaction, Mario’s your move. Solid service, strong communication, zero headaches.
