Great service from Dr. Malone and his staff! I was able to call and get an appointment that week as a new patient. ( didn’t use insurance). Once at appointment I was evaluated and seen fairly quick! I will be going back.
I had used Malone for several years, and I didn’t understand how good his practice is until I tried other optometrists. Thankfully my insurance now has him as a provider, and I’m back to getting good care for my eye. He is professional, on time, thorough, and efficient. If my insurance ever drops coverage, I’ll stick with him anyway and pay out of pocket. His prices are very fair. In fact, a few years ago before I had insurance I paid Malone out of pocket. Last year, Advanced Eye Care charged me more (with insurance) than I ever paid with Malone.
Dr. Malone was excellent and thorough with the eye exam… his staff is Wonderful and very hard working… I felt good about the exam and came out of it feeling confident that they are taking good care of my eye health…. Thank you Dr. Malone and staff… always Happy to visit yall …. God Bless Nancy McKee
