They are the Best! Very Professional. Shawn worked with me to provide what I needed & affordable. Nathan was a big help too! I can’t thank them enough! Jerry installed the system & Josh did the duct work. They had to order a part for the A/C & they kept me informed of what was going on & when part would arrive & Jerry came back & completed job! Kevin got right back with me too. They are very helpful & not pushy & no hidden charges! I highly recommend them!! I don’t think I have ever done business with a better group! I sure have enjoyed the new system especially with this recent cold spell; it worked like a charm!!
Alex T is a Tech with Bowles Heating and Air. He came out the same day we called and found the problem with our air conditioner. He had to order the part, but because the temperature was so hot, he checked all over town and found what he needed. So instead of waiting 3 days, he had our air working in 24 hours! Came out same day as my call, my AC unit drain pipe was clogged and I couldn’t fix it myself. Also realized it had been running for 2 months with no filter lol. Tech came and within minutes had the clog cleared and checked out the units to ensure there was no additional issues. Reasonably priced. 10/10
