Salado Fitness is frequented more by the older population. But the atmosphere is relaxed and there is never a wait to use the equipment. It’s clean and organized and way cheaper than Anytime Fitness which is the only other gym in Salado and it’s locally owned. Overall, I would recommend it to anyone who is just looking to workout without having to deal with crowds.
Great place to workout anytime of the day or night with 24hr availability you can workout at your convenience. Variety of machines and weights to utilize. Treadmills, rowers, ellipticals, step mills, stationary bikes, Pelotons, sit down ellipticals that can give you a whole body workout to include chest, arms, legs glutes etc.. Arc trainer and a tread climber, a machine that mimics running but no impact on joints. Of course there are plenty of free weights, bars and bar weights, there is a new rhino machine, a Smith machine, corner matrix and huge center room matrix which offers an array of exercises. I love Salado Fitness! Rhonda is so knowledgeable and amazing and I really enjoy all of the different classes they offer. It’s like joining a little community when you sign up for this place- what a blessing to have this right in Salado ❤️
