I found Kerry and it was a blessing! After over a year in physical therapy, chiropractors and MRI everyone kept saying there was nothing wrong with my back.
I was unable to stand up, dress myself, sit for more the 20-30 minutes at a time. Prior to this “injury”. I worked out 5 days a week, running 3-5 miles a day, biking 15 miles a day and weight training 3x week. I went from being active to not being able to do simple daily activities.Until Kerry at Muscle Mechanics.
Within 3 visits i was back to running 1 mile a day with no pain and after 5 visits I was lifting and biking again. I continue to see he monthly for maintenance.

My daughter had her first visit today for a hip injury she has been suffering with for over 2 years. We have been to two different orthopedic doctors who were not able to give us any answers other than "growth plate" issues. Their final answer was to have her quit dancing if it hurt - that is not an option as dancing is her future career. I am so happy a doctor referred us to this clinic. After a little over an hour, she felt like she had more mobility in her hips than she has in two years. He offered suggestions on how to safely stretch to gain back her full potential. As her mom, it was very refreshing to finally have someone who seemed like they were on the same page with our goal of getting her back to 100%.
