We had the pleasure of working with Heath Haverland for both the sale of our home and the purchase of our new one, and we couldn't have asked for a better realtor. Throughout both transactions, Heath was knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and always on top of every detail.
What stood out most was his communication. No matter how busy he was, he always kept us informed and made us feel like a priority. During the sale of our home, we encountered some challenges along the way, but Heath handled everything calmly and professionally, making a potentially stressful process feel much more manageable.
I have known Heath for many years! Was finally provided an opportunity to use his real estate professionalism and couldn't be more satisfied! He was on the phone immediately with seller retrieving answers for our questions and communicating them to us on a friday morning. By 4:00 we had all the info and pushed through our offer. First thing Monday we accepted the counter offer and were under contract! He knew time was not on our side and he was prepared to move as quickly as possible!
