I have known Heath for many years! Was finally provided an opportunity to use his real estate professionalism and couldn't be more satisfied! He was on the phone immediately with seller retrieving answers for our questions and communicating them to us on a friday morning. By 4:00 we had all the info and pushed through our offer. First thing Monday we accepted the counter offer and were under contract! He knew time was not on our side and he was prepared to move as quickly as possible!
