Heath was so good to us we had a journey, no fault of ours or Heaths We put 3 contracts before we could get to closing The seller backed on us after we sold our house and shortly before we were to close Heath was right there telling us our options, getting our money back, etc Then finding us other options to buy it could have been stressful if we didn’t have Heath right by our side By the time we closed we felt like he was family The plus was he knows so much about Salado and the area and also about renovating Even tho he had to spend so much of his time with us, he was eager to show us property and answer questions
