I want to give a huge thank-you to Stephanie and everyone at Schase Veterinary Hospital. I came in super last-minute needing a travel certificate for my dog, and they truly saved the day. They took me in right away, worked quickly, and did everything they could to help me get the paperwork done in time.
Because of their effort and kindness, I was able to bring my puppy back to the U.S. without any issues. I’m honestly so grateful — they didn’t have to go above and beyond the way they did, but they did it anyway. Amazing people, amazing service. Highly recommend.

We brought our beloved Rudy here because he was acting very off. We saw Dr. Mathews and she was very patient and thorough with all of his testing. Rudy was in and out for over a month, we were always able to be seen quickly. We did have to put Rudy to sleep but Dr. Mathews and the entire team there made a really awful day more peaceful. The process was respectful and gentle. We got to hold our Rudy and have time with him before and after. They called as soon as his remains were ready and we were blown away with the kind card, nose/paw print, and fur clippings of our boy. When we get a new dog, Dr Mathews and her team will be their vet.
