“Love this place because of the owners and 3 therapists who are phenomenal, but it’s extremely difficult to get appointments. Really disappointed in the ‘app’ that is promoted but wants to charge full price & payment at checkout, so that further prevents you from making appt at a convenient time for you. Pointless in having a membership when it’s not connected for members to be useful. Nobody has an answer either for it. Have encountered unkind employees via phone as well. I’ve been coming since they’ve been open & it’s just ok. The owners are sweet & accommodating and they are really the only reason I stay there, but if they aren’t involved then you don’t really get great customer service.“
