Robert answers the phone. That’s a big improvement on most independent businesses these days. Our fireplace was so bad we nearly poisoned ourselves. We couldn’t walk in the house without smelling smoke. Our house was built in the ‘70’s, and the chimney had been unused for decades until this winter.He did a thorough inspection, took pictures and video. Our chimney crown was very damaged under the cap which was causing leaks and making the smell worse when it rained.
