Do not use this mechanic he sucks he had my truck for over a year and the truck still don't ruck right the owner sucks

DO NOT!!! I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE!!!! had my car 2 months for simple job and when I FINALLY got it back.. TWO DAYS LATER all my power steering fluid leaked out he was quick to come and say he would have to do all kinds off stuff that seemed suspicious so I took it to another auto shop and after only 20 minutes, maybe they called me and told me that the clamp had simply been unscrewed.. and that my drive belt was badly frayed and in danger of popping off… mind you they only had my car for 20-30min these people had my vehicle for almost 2 months, but never mention anything about the drive belt that was in a condition that was unsafe to drive which leads me to think that they may have altered that as well… STAY AWAY FROM THEM!! These are the type of people that fix one thing and mess up another so you’ll come back!!

This morning I got stuck in the mud and as a result my vehicle would start to vibrate after 45mph, I turned to the nearest mechanic in my area where I was greeted by a friendly man named Louis. He explained that there where many shops nearby but that he could help me. He was very professional and explained that the problem was most likely as a result of mud and immediately got to work. I was skeptical at first and wondered if it was actually a deeper issue. He put in the effort and was very particular about getting the mud off. His attention to detail and care had my car working like nothing had ever happened! I left grateful for this man’s service and newfound trust in a good mechanic .

From start to finish, was the best service I've ever recieved. Lewis, the owner is extremely knowledgeable! Honestly him and his staff has earned a customer for life here and j will never not recommend him to friends/family. He was so swomped with work and still managed to get my AC system completely diagnosed and replaced in a matter of 2 days in between many many other jobs. When parts didn't arrive on time due to an accident with order, he sent his guys to Dallas to pick up parts to still finish the day he said it would be done. Good quality customer service is hard to find these days and with the awful luck I've had with my van he still was able to make us happy. Thank you times a million guys! Yall are fantastic!! Bravo! Other establishments should take notes!! -put the customer first and you will succeed!

Beware of Unscrupulous Practices at 5150
I visited 5150 hoping for an honest service for my old car, but my experience was far from satisfactory. The owner, Jason, seems to have a dubious business model that targets vulnerable customers, especially older women. During my visit, I noticed Jason pressuring several elderly ladies into unnecessary and expensive repairs.
Worse yet, a reliable source later informed me that parts from some clients' vehicles were being removed and sold without their knowledge or consent. This deceitful behavior not only questions the integrity of the repairs but also the safety of the vehicles being serviced. I strongly advise all potential customers to steer clear of this establishment unless you want to risk both your wallet and your safety.

My truck went in the shop on March 4, 2022 and it’s still there nothing has been done. I call and never can get ahold of anyone and when I do never really an update it’s that we are going to get to it. I even offered to pay for what has been done for towing it to the shop so I can have it taken somewhere else and was told was going to get it done this past week and still can’t get ahold of anyone.
