I just signed up for the monthly unlimited cold plunge and infrared sauna for $49 because its an amazing deal and the benefits of the cold plunge and sauna are endless.
I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this yoga, pilates, cold plunge, and sauna wellness studio! This place will CHANGE YOUR LIFE! It is beautiful with so many friendly faces and inspiring teachers! You can start by attending any or all of their classes or even just start with trying out their sauna! You can even take daily cold plunges here! There is something for everyone to transform their health no matter your age or level of familiarity or experience to yoga, saunas, or cold plunges! I highly recommend this place to everyone!
Update: adding a star since the studio has finally taken my feedback to heart. I'm just sorry I had to resort to a 3-star review to be heard. Studio management is apparently no longer discouraging instructors from leaving the door open and fans on to cool things off even when the temp is above the promised range.For new/potential clients: you might need to take the posted temps and experience levels with a grain of salt, but don't let it deter you from giving hot yoga or this studio a few tries.
