I had a great first impression with W-3 Electric and in regards to the caliber of work they get 10 stars! HOWEVER I’m begrudgingly leaving 3 stars because of the behavior of one of their employees today towards me!
W-3 were very apologetic and will still be working for me but he needs to see this in regards to how he behaves and how it affects company ratings. The younger generation seems to never think of anyone but themselves. He did some wiring on my house that ended up being nicely done but aesthetically. Brackson came promptly and diagnosed our electrical short within 5 minutes. He was able to get the problem fixed without difficulty. I would have had him replace all of the lights but we will try to do that ourselves. Brackson showed me what to get and. How to do it. If we run into issues, I will ask him to come back. Thank you for being there!!

I love that they do an electric checkup once a year, I pay 15 dollars a month for that service, and it's worth every penny for the peace of mind. They are always pleasant, they know what they are doing, and explain what they did and answer any questions I throw at them. Very good company!
