    I had a great first impression with W-3 Electric and in regards to the caliber of work they get 10 stars! HOWEVER I’m begrudgingly leaving 3 stars because of the behavior of one of their employees today towards me! W-3 were very apologetic and will still be working for me but he needs to see this in regards to how he behaves and how it affects company ratings. The younger generation seems to never think of anyone but themselves. He did some wiring on my house that ended up being nicely done but aesthetically. Unacceptable. about which I very nicely attempted to request he change with all the humility in my heart even offering to call his manager in case there was a cost to change, and although he agreed to change it, the vicious look in his eyes towards me, and his behavior was very unsettling for me! Part of the issue is, installation options were not discussed with me. They just assumed that the way that they did the wiring would be acceptable and it ended up looking terrible: He needs to read this because if he is, I would tell him that the people that started this company have worked their tails off to make it what it is today when he was probably still in diapers and sadly today they nearly blew thousands of dollars worth of future work with us all because of an arrogant argumentative attitude from an employee whose a kid with no humilty or ability to be able to see or care about my issue which meant that he cared for more about his own ego than he did about the company he works for! I have owned three companies in my life and currently own a fourth one and had he ever behaved toward a customer the way he did today, especially if they were nice to him hurting their feelings and ruining their weekend. I would’ve had him so fired. It wasn’t even funny.! It’s inexcusable! Fortunately, the team that works with this company stepped up to the plate and were so Apologetic which I found incredibly impressive, which is probably one of the reasons why this company does so well! But as for this kid, I would say to you, you never know what people are going through and it’s not about your ego It’s about professionalism and respect respecting who you work for and respecting the possibility of what the customer you’re working for will bring to the company in the future but also validation for the regard of the opinion of the homeowner because it’s their home and that should matter to you.! He told us that at one point, he was heading to medical school and I would say that had that happened. He would’ve made a perfect doctor because his bedside manner sucks! I hesitated, leaving a review, but I felt it was necessary for us to be able to move on and have a good weekend! My guess is this review will make it to the owner of the company and if it does, I’m sorry this happened to you today because you almost lost a great customer! Bad attitudes inconvenience everybody not only customers, but the people in the company and the office! And if it does make it to you, your project manager, Jonathan does a great job as a liaison manager!!!! I wrote this tonight because someone who behaves the way he did this morning is not sorry. I asked him for an apology and he refused on my property so I asked him to leave but in a MUCH more direct way because his generation probably just doesn’t get it otherwise! ! If this kid is reading, I would also tell him to be a little more kind to his fellow coworkers they are lovely guys and are over your ego as well! It is truly time to tone it down a notch and start showing some respect to everyone! I know this review will not change him as a person. Thank you W3 for stepping up to the plate and doing a great job regardless of this situation and i’m sorry for you all that this happened as well!

    Brackson came promptly and diagnosed our electrical short within 5 minutes. He was able to get the problem fixed without difficulty. I would have had him replace all of the lights but we will try to do that ourselves. Brackson showed me what to get and. How to do it. If we run into issues, I will ask him to come back. Thank you for being there!!

    I love that they do an electric checkup once a year, I pay 15 dollars a month for that service, and it's worth every penny for the peace of mind. They are always pleasant, they know what they are doing, and explain what they did and answer any questions I throw at them. Very good company!
