Been here for one hour and still haven’t been called back this is ridiculous people that came after me are being called and I’m freaking annoyed at this point! The reviews are true I must say when you see reviews like this listen. To add to this review you don’t tell a patient to arrive 30 minutes early for an appointment for paperwork that takes 2 minutes. I’m updating because the doctor had good bedside manner and he seemed like a pretty good doctor. I don’t recommend unless you have several hours to spend here.

Today was my first visit of many to come with Texas Oncology, Rowlett. While the wait was long, the service was top notch. The doctors were both very friendly, the phlebotomist and Lynn were phenomenal. Everyone went above and beyond, exceeding my expectations.
