“Edit: My initial post described this business as a bit lackluster however, after a quick phone call and some clarification we were able to resolve the issues and have the amended tax return submitted. I’d like to highlight that I do still feel as if there could be clearer communication on their end as the phone number’s voicemail says to text that same number for urgent matters. That is why I did not do a full 5 stars here.

Still not able to get any additional information about my taxes due to the government shut down but I look forward to that changing when/if the government opens back up. Thanks for your help once again!“
