“I’m a 63 year old guy who doesn’t write reviews, but I felt compelled to write this one. After wasting twelve visits at another rehab place in Rowlett, my back Dr recommended changing to Gilead. Edwin did ten times more to help with my chronic back pain in the first three visits than I received at the other place in the twelve I wasted. He is old school and takes his time to dive deep into what is causing the issue. Highly recommend this place!“

“I went to Results PT Murphy with pain in my left hip that interrupted my sleep for months. After several weeks in the care of Aldrich (primarily), Gary and Lisimba, the pain in my hip is practically gone and I no longer require ibuprofen to get through the night. Shout out to Andrew too, who worked through my weird insurance change with grace and professionalism.

I enjoyed my sessions there and nearly everything they had me do can be done at home. I plan to get another referral to go back for PT to help with shoulder pain I have, unrelated to my hip issue. I highly recommend Results PT Murphy and will happily refer family and friends to them!“

I’ve had a great experience with my physical therapist, Summer. She is very knowledgeable, patient, and she took the time to explain exercises and why they were important. I felt listened to at every appointment, and the treatment plan was tailored to my needs. I’ve made real progress and my vertigo has resolved. All of the office staff is awesome—friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which made every visit a positive experience.
Office is also very clean and organized. I would highly recommend this location to anyone needing physical therapy, especially for vertigo.“

I watch how they treat each and every client with the same respect and compassion. Each therapist has their own unique style of therapy. All of them perform the same treatments and assign exercises and movements to me each time I go, but each one of them administer the treatments more specific to my needs each session…I see them doing the same for each client.

All of the therapist are absolutely great! Every visit has helped to relieve the pain in my Achilles Heel and help me walk better. I’m really excited about how my ability to walk will get better after every visit. Laura, Ashley and the whole team are the best, and they are very knowledgeable about how to make me feel better and walk better.

I love the atmosphere and the personal touch that each therapist brings when I am treated! The energy that each therapist puts into each session is so powerful and so amazing. They don’t slack or waste time…I get my full hour of treatment every session!

The receptionists and schedulers are very friendly and so helpful when scheduling our appointments too. Each time we schedule, they try very hard to work with our schedules and make it convenient for us to continue our therapy sessions.

The whole experience at PTT is definitely worth it! The facility is always so clean, and that really helps to make the therapy sessions comfortable and enjoyable. Each session makes me feel like they really care about my husband and me…both of us are in therapy for our Achilles tendons.

I highly recommend this facility and these therapists for rehabilitation, because I see how they treat all sorts of injuries and structural problems…and I am well pleased with all that I see.

“I called Dr. McVay's office to see if he had availability after getting the run around from other PT offices and being quoted a 6-12 month wait for my son to even get assessed. Dr. McVay was incredibly kind and concerned but said he didn't specialize in pediatric PT. However, he told me he would reach out to his network and call around to help me find someone else. I was so jaded from my previous experiences that I doubted he would actually call me back, but he did! About 15 minutes later, Dr. McVay called back to give me a number of another office that specialized in pediatric PT and actually had availability. I told Dr. McVay that I wished I could bring my son in to meet with him because he was so awesome, but I truly appreciate him helping me when he had absolutely nothing to gain from it.
