Poorly kept location, very dirty

I've been a patient at the Rowlett location since 2022. All of the front office staff are knowledgeable, professional and personable. The hygenistists and doctors I've met so far seem very passionate about what they do and your oral healthcare. Also, the manager Norma is awesome. You can tell she cares about your case and your overall experience.

Very nice workers ! And fast cleanings a good dental office overall

I had a great experience at Monarch Dental In Rowlett today. Started with cheerful Sandra the receptionist. Keysha was the Assistant who kindly explained the details of today’s visit and introduced Dr Amina to me who was so kind and thoroughly gave me the details of my personal dental status. The Hygienist Sandra cared for my comfort during the procedures and was informative and encouraging. I felt well cared for throughout my entire visit.

They have no problem taking your money for a procedure. But good luck ever getting the procedure done. I want my money back they have been holding for 2 years. They constantly change personal and have different office staff each time I call.

I called this office because I was having the worst toothache ever. Rowlett staff was able to offer me same day treatment. They showed so much compassion. I will return for all my future dental appointments. They are easy to contact basically they are literally a call away. Thank you all again.

I have always had dental phobia all my life ? But the staff at this location has been absolutely fantastic. As soon as I walked in, I felt welcomed. I felt guided the whole time. Norma and the rest of the staff treated me like family. I felt absolutely no pain whatsoever. Dr Amina was patient. She made sure I was comfortable for the whole procedure. Never thought having fillings and crowns was so easy and painless. 10/10 recommend this office to everyone. I was able to afford my treatment thanks to the great financing options. Without all the staff working together I would have still been in pain. Thank you all. I will continue to go to Monarch Dental Rowlett.
