The blonde lady that works the front was extremely rude. I had came in because my Gynecologist hosted his services at this office before they moved. I asked her if she knew where he moved and she was extremely rude and was giving a full attitude when I asked. She told me to Google it all rudely and acted clueless. Come to find out she knew exactly where his office moved. Customer service skills need to be improved as it represents the doctors. I would be embarrassed acting like that towards patients regardless if they are not theirs. Unacceptable.

If you’re currently pregnant and needing a new OB, best of luck to you at another clinic, because apparently all but one of their providers all are pregnant themselves and therefore need to go on maternity leave once they give birth, and the one who isn’t pregnant isn’t accepting new patients at all because she’s overloaded taking over her colleagues’ patients. Extremely frustrating when the website clearly says they’re all accepting new patients and that’s obviously not the case.

What a facility. Came in with my little sister and the front desk lady was rude and clearly not trying to comprehend what we were telling her. I let her know we are changing drs after this appointment and they still wanted to charge $826 to be seen. After my mom had a conversation with the billing coordinator who was also rude , they decided to see my sister. But basically conducted a bs appointment. Didn’t do her blood work or anything. Gave her a flu shot and sent her on her way. Why even see her at all. Apparently you can’t get proper healthcare in Rowlett unless you have money. What a joke these people are.
