Let me start with we don't have a pool... however, I was picking up food next door and my 1.5 year old was losing his mind when I put him back in the car, because he wanted dinner NOW. The owner of this store came out and offered some fruit snacks to calm him and make the car ride home easier. He went out of his way to help this tired momma and hangry toddler, and it encouraged me. Thank you, and if I ever get a pool, I'll definitely be shopping here just based off this interaction.
Great service, take my water there on Saturday for testing and can get everything i need. They have also serviced my pool equipment. Couple of weeks ago i had some landscaping done in backyard pool area, then yesterday evening went out for an evening swim and lights didnt woork. I called about my pool lights not working and to see if I could get a tech scheduled to come and troubleshoot and fix the issue. The owner had answered my call and after explaing everything to him, he says before we go any further let's see about some common issues that won't cost you anything to check or fix. Dan was very helpful in assisting me fix my pool issues. This is an honest company that cares about their customers and not just making the most profit. Will be taking the drive to Rowlett for all my pool needs from now on.
