Great customer service! I made the mistake of not taking anyone with me for opinions on frames, but Jesny offered to give me suggestions. She patiently gave me feedback as I tried on like 10 different frames and helped me find a pair that worked for my personality and the shape of my face. I didn't catch the name of the person who was there when I picked up but she was also friendly and Natalie (who may have been the same person) was also super friendly and helpful when I called about an issue with my frames that I noticed later. Will definitely be coming back!
