I am a licensed massage therapist. I have been a massage therapist for 23 years and enjoy the many results I have seen in my years. My certification was at Healing Arts Institute in Ft. Collins, Colorado where I learned the Body Insight Technique ® which helps people face their internal tensions in a safe, compassionate way by combining non-invasive bodywork with insight that acknowledges incongruent feelings that cause the tension.
