From the outset - they were kind, patient and knowledgeable. And more important - top notch in providing the services we needed. Kim took our initial calls and was just wonderful in explaining my options and the best approach to getting results. Susan was the investigator and I couldn't endorse her more - got us results in a very timely manner and provided a comprehensive report and with her assessment, level of confidence - and followup recommendations. Even better - the whole office works as a team - so you get everyone's talents and experience. Footnote - I wanted to go further and spend more money to get more surveillance and details. And to their credit - the agency advised me to save my money - as it wasn't necessary at this point.
