Seven Star Martial Arts is a fantastic school for kids and adults alike. We joined when my son was in preschool, and today he is in the black belt club class working toward becoming a black belt. He is learning patience, kindness, control, respect, hard work, and how to protect himself. This school is more than just a place to go to class twice a week; it's an extended family that supports each other. Plus it's a lot of fun! Watching my son got me into it as well, and now we both share in this fun journey. You won't regret a minute of time you or your child works with Sifu Remster or any of the instructors. Cannot recommend Seven Star enough!!
Couldn’t ask for better people to team up with my husband & I to train up our children. We are 6 hours away in Oklahoma, so in person classes don’t happen often, but Sifu Jeff and the other instructors are always available to answer questions and give extra guidance.
Our great grandson, Arlo who is five years old, wanted to learn martial arts but he has always been shy. We took him to his first day of orientation last night and he was very frightened but Jeff Remster immediately eased all of his fears by starting him on one to one. Jeff explained and showed him simple skills that was easy for a five year old to understand and repeat the movements. Almost immediately, Arlo forgot about his fears as he concentrated on learning the moves. Afterwards, Arlo was eager to show his family what he learned and is looking forward to his next class. We know that what Arlo learns in martial art class will channel his energy into life lessons, help him overcome his shyness and increase his self esteem to start him on a path for a successful life.
