The absolute worst medical office experience I've ever had. Not only did the nurse give me passive aggressive attitude for being late to our very last minute appointment because my kid was very sick and needed to be seen. She also barely prepared my young child, age 6, for the procedure for a covid 19 test - she shoved it up my kids nose with barely a warning, shocking him. Then come to find out they don't have me as a guarantor on my child's account when I should be and to top the whole thing off I was billed HUNDREDS of dollars only to find out the insurance wasn't billed at all. I had an appointment just to get blood drawn. I waited in the room for 45min to see a doctor and she didn’t come in. While I was waiting in the room all I hear on the other side of the door is people laughing and playing. No way a patient should be waiting in a room for 45min just to get blood drawn when they aren’t busy. I walked upfront to the receptionist and they were confused on what took so long. Don’t recommend and will not be returning.
