Best business transaction ever!! I hired Kelly and Jennifer to clean my carpets as I was moving out and my dog had done some serious damage due to wanting to pee in the same couple of areas. I was certain the property management company was going to
tell me they needed to replace the carpet and charge me $4k or more.
Thanks to Kelly and Jennifer, I got my deposit money back! They were on time, super friendly and personable, and they worked their TAILS off getting the carpets back to pristine condition with ZERO dog urine odor. Thank you so much to Royalty Carpet for coming out and getting us in so quickly. My kids had a stomach flu and their carpet took the brunt of that. They were efficient, so considerate and thorough. We will definitely be recommending them and they will be our go-to for any future carpet or tile cleaning needs!
