I recently had my first experience at Rock Solid Health, and I am already starting to feel better about my gut health. The facility is very clean and staff is very friendly, helpful and informative. I am looking forward to my next appointment and continuing on my path to healing my gut. It is a place I would recommend anyone to look into for better overall health and wellness.
Rock Solid Health is truly an incredible place! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. The services they offer include colonics, infrared sauna, foot detox baths ect. They are top-notch, cleanly, and have made such a impact in my overall wellness.
Melissa, the owner, is an absolute gem! She’s incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and always takes the time to make sure every client feels comfortable and informed. You can tell she’s passionate about helping people feel their best. Reagan, the clinician, is equally amazing. So kind, courteous, and an absolute delight to be around.

This was mine and my fiancés first visit here and we tried almost everything and let me just say we will definitely be back. Melissa and her staff are very outgoing and caring about what they do. I feel very energized and clear of my brain fog just after one visit. Very excited to continue coming here on my health journey. Thank you again!!
