I do not recommend this company. I unfortunately did not do my due diligence before hiring this company to remodel two of my bathrooms. There are two complaints on the BBB website that shared the same experience I had with them. He requires so much money upfront but his work doesn't follow the amount of money being paid so that I had paid him 80% of the project and only the demo and a few other things were done. Once he finally started getting some of the work done, it was subpar to say the least. Robert cancelled my contract after I paid a substantial deposit because I asked too many questions. He said I questioned his integrity, when all I did was ask questions about the moving of the drain. We had contracted with Robert and his company to remodel two bathrooms. One of the bathrooms was going to have a bathtub to shower conversion. I'm from another state, and when you have a tub/shower conversion, the drain must be moved to the center of the shower. Apparently this isn't the same rule for Texas. Instead of explaining this to me, he decided I was going to be trouble for him, so he cancelled the contract. It took him 3 weeks to give me my deposit back and made it very difficult for me to hire someone else to do the job without knowing if I would get it back. I was texting with him and emailing so I would have everything in writing if I needed it. When he got angry with me, he called me on the phone and literally yelled at me (probably so I wouldn't have it on record). It took me a while to post this because I don't like to leave negative reviews. I just wouldn't want someone else to go through what I did.

I do not recommend this company. I had a horrible experience. My experience was exactly as the two complaints on the BBB website had experienced. A lot of money upfront, work not done to satisfaction, personal/religious attacks. I had to hire another company to finish the job. Very disappointing, frustrating and costly. Project was twice as long as projected (still wasn't done), cost more than projected. The kicker was the owner wanting to charge me for the mistakes he made. Unbelievable. Left his trash and dumped his mess all over my backyard. This company has no pride in their work.
