I needed a simple battery replacement for my laptop and Michael was able to do it in a reasonable amount of time, for a a reasonable price. Laptop works now, without having to plug it in to the charger. Would highly recommend!
I took my pc in because of random straight-to-desktop crashes while gaming. He was very nice, and patient with my limited knowledge and git it back up no problem. I'd give 10/5 if I could!
