There’s a reason it’s called Integrity Mechanical. I spoke to Ian after 24 hours of no AC and he immediately dispatched Shane. Prior to Shane coming out, I had two other AC companies tell me that I needed an entirely new system that would be thousands of dollars. My home warranty company even declined our claim!
Once Shane showed up, not only was he the nicest and most professional guy in the world, but he took his time diagnosing and figuring out what happened. All he needed was a part that he ran out and got quickly. We were back up and running within 10 minutes after that.
Integrity Mechanical did a fantastic job fixing our home ac issue. The ac was staying on constantly and blowing warm air in the middle of summer. Shane was able to quickly diagnose the issue and clearly explain what he was recommending for the fix and what the cost would be. I felt the price was very reasonable compared to past companies I have used. He was thorough making sure everything was back to normal. Highly recommend using them.

Another 5-star review for Ian and Integrity - after other quotes recommending either Heat Pump or full system replacement at $3500 to $7K - Ian reviewed the clean service history and recommended replacing the damaged component only - tested the entire system and offered 1 year warranty on the replaced part. “If possible we would rather REPAIR than REPLACE”. RESULT - Unit up and running in 1 day - Happy Tenants - at least $2500 saved. INTEGRITY is knowledgeable, fast and fair.
