I thought I’d take a second to leave a long overdue review—I cannot recommend Integrity Mechanical enough! My family has owned an HVAC company in Corpus Christi since the 50’s, so we are extremely picky when it comes to picking a HVAC company.Integrity Mechanical absolutely lives up to their name.I appreciate Ian going above and beyond to fight for our warranty replacement from Goodman when our entire compressor went out this summer. He really went to bat for us! Not only was our unit replaced with no charge from Goodman, Ian managed to get us an upgraded from Goodman since they had us waiting in the 105º heat for nearly two weeks (no fault of Integrity Mechanical!)....read full review

Ian showed up to our address and quickly diagnosed the problem, and fixed it. He also taught us all the tricks and tips to maintaining and diagnosing HVAC in our house. He was in and out within 20 minutes, great experience.

I would like to add another satisfied customer story to the others already here. My AC stoped working on a Saturday, in the Great Heat Wave of '23. Initially, another company (NOT Integrity Mechanical) sent a tech who informed me in short order that the compressor was "shot" and the only option was to replace the entire system. Two days without AC and thousands of dollars. Great. I got a hold of Ian at Integrity Mechanical and he quickly wrote me an apples-to-apples estimate (sight unseen) at a price that would save me $1,000. And he could do it in the same time frame.
