Very disappointed. I told the stylist exactly what I wanted. An inch here, less than an inch there. I did *not* say that I wanted my hair thinned out. I have thick curly hair and I *like* it that way. The stylist turned the chair while she was working, so I couldn't see what she was doing in the mirror. Without asking me, she thinned out my hair *a lot*. Feels like I hardly have any hair left. I am very unhappy that she didn't even ask if I wanted to have my hair thinned out. Selena was amazing!! She gave my daughter a wonderful haircut and she was very helpful. She was trying to use the coupons too!! Thank you, Selena!

Super Disappointed with Manager
Came here to get a quick hair cut. Usually I go to other locations, because I've had poor service here previously. However, when I went I noticed the staff was all different and super hospitable and friendly. Gesela was the stylist that cut my hair, she was super patient with me and was willing to offer good advice on how to style my hair. Will be coming back for more haircuts from her! Thanks G.
