Worst experience. Basically zero customer service. 2 hours online searching for how to cancel my policy but it was super easy for them to take my money to start a policy. There's no email to customer service..No main HQ. there's no chat room to customer service and no way to cancel online.Also if you cancel your policy they will send you a check in a month versus most places will just refund the original payment method.
