I should have read the couple of reviews before I went here. They messed up my brand new black and white tuxedo jacket and said it wasn't their fault and would not cover the cost of the jacket. They claimed it was my jacket because the black part bled onto the white but I have a friend with the exact same jacket and went to a different cleaners and his was perfectly fine with no damage. Do NOT take your business here no matter how convenient the location is.

I have been going to this business since it was known as Cleenerz and they have always done a job and very professional. Early today, I had a real bad experience with the lady behind the desk name Joanne. She was very rude. I ended up taking my laundry somewhere else.
