I had the unfortunate pleasure of waking up to a flooded front room and closet courtesy of a hot water heater leaking in the attic. At about 7:30 am I called Elements and to my surprise, Dallas answered the phone. I explained my issue and 30 minutes later he was at my house. He conducted a full inspection, then without a hard sell explained what he thought needed to be done.
