My daughter (13) and I have been seeing owner, Natalie Knell, for two years now. We have never left unhappy. Natalie has a special ability to listen to my daughter and give her not just what she 'wants' but what she really kinda 'needs'. As a teen, it is easy to see a picture or to imagine oneself with a certain hairstyle. Natalie has been able to walk the line between listening to what my daughter wants and explaining the level of maintenance required of different hairstyles. As we left one of our haircuts, my daughter said, "When I go in with exactly what I think I want and she does that, I don't end up liking it. But if I go in and tell her general things and let her do what she thinks is best, I always love it." I have been pleased with how easy it is to get an appointment. I don't have to call and wait for a receptionist to go fetch the hairstylist. I just shoot an email or even a Facebook message - hear back, usually, within minutes but never more than 24 hours. I've never been kept waiting when I arrive on time; she is on time too. Just an all around great place to go. (We've also gone for nail work just not as often, and I've always been pleased with it too.)
