Bulwark does a fantastic job of keeping the pests away from inside and outside the house. They're always responsive and keep their word on coming out for any needed additional service visits between regularly scheduled visits. Also, many thanks to Lance Singleton in particular who always does a thorough job in addressing our requests and goes above and beyond when he's onsite.
I want to thank Lance for coming out to our home and not only take care of the property and the outside critters, made sure he educated us as well as the “what to expect” since this was our first treatment being in a new home. He was professional, knowledgeable, and super patient as he was able to answer all of my questions and still do an awesome job! Lance Singleton, we appreciate you! On a side note, I love that Bulwark has an app to make payments, schedule visits, and see exactly what was done to the property.
Lance Singleton was out this afternoon to treat my home in Wolf Ranch inside and out for all pests including fire ants. I found him to be friendly, professional and more thorough than most. Best of all, I felt completely at ease with him in my house--he's an excellent representative for his company and an asset for them!
