I had a muscle spasm in my neck during during a fitness warmup and I didn't feel good. My instructor recommended Airrosti and for me to see Dr. Renfro. After visiting my regular doctor, he suggested physical therapy. I took the chance and made an appointment online to see Dr. Renfro. I got a response back from the office within 24 hours and made an appointment within 2 days. My instructor told me my first visit will be painful but after that I will be feeling much better. I explained everything that was going on with me to Dr. Renfro, he was very patient with my rambling of how I hurt and when it started and all the possible things that could have caused it. He was very detailed with explaining what he does and what the treatment will be like. He said 3 treatments and I should be feeling much better. Wow, he started to use that thumb and got deep in the area that affected the neck. After seeing Dr. Renfro, he sent me next door to see Danny. He is the part of the treatment, he gave me exercises to rehab the injury. Both of them are very experienced and knowledgable. By my second visit, the pain was hardly there. I kept up with my exercises and iced when needed. On my third visit, I had no pain. I am so glad that I contacted Airrosti instead of doing physical therapy. If you have any type of injury or pain, I would suggest a visit with Dr. Renfro. I will never see a regular chiropractor again!
