Needed a key for my 2012 Subaru Outback cut and programmed. I brought my own key and they let me know that couldn't warranty it since I provided the key. I was fine with that. Pretty much every shop says this, and while I do get why they say it, the costs of these keys from any local source is just so high. I found a refurbished one online for $39 but everywhere local (dealer included) the key can cost as much as $200.
Also it seems that no matter who programs and cuts the key (including the dealer) the cost is ~$130 for this car and key combo (I called 4 shops). I went with a local shop since the dealer requires an appointment and it takes quite... read full review

We called to get the house re-keyed. We had 3 regular doors and 1 glass door we never received a key for. Kim was able to come out in just a few days and got everything done quickly, including fixing some missing and damaged parts on a couple of the doors. She also let us know why we were experiencing an issue with one of our doors and provided a recommendation as it was not something they handled. Very kind and professional. Would definitely use this company again.
