Used to love them, now I’m very dissatisfied with the customer service we get every time we call to ask for grooming. I get it, you’re busy and you don’t have space, no need to be rude and you can try to be helpful instead.
UPDATED REVIEW: they called me to ask what happened and rectify the situation after my review and I wholeheartedly believe this was a one person mistake. They treat my dog with care and love which is why they’re the only ones I trust with her, and Debbie really won my heart back by calling and apologizing for the experience. We have had great experiences at A Crate Escape. We have a 4 year old Goldendoodle that has bad anxiety when away from us. The staff here knows he needs more human interaction when he’s there and he’s always well taken care of.

Mabel & Penny get excited to go to doggy daycare. I boarded them for 2 nights recently & they are still excited when they walk into ACE so that’s all of the proof I need! I love the people that work there. ❤️
