Vision Trends Eye Care is known for its caring optometrists, particularly Dr. Ohan, who is praised for his compassion and dedication to patients. Many customers appreciate the attentive service, especially when transitioning from glasses to contacts. However, there have been concerns regarding professionalism among some front desk staff, with reports of negative experiences related to discrimination and unprofessional behavior. Overall, while some staff members provide great service, there are significant issues that need to be addressed for a better customer experience.

The prices are reasonable; I don't find it expensive. I highly recommend them—100%. They speak both Spanish and English. Thank you

I’ve been coming here for 15 years now and I love the staff here. They have always been friendly and efficient. They work with the customers to get the fastest and most affordable prices. The front desk have been the same two women along with the woman that has helped me with my glasses. They are so professional and sweet. I can’t imagine going to another annual eye exam anywhere else. Highly highly recommend!
