Jennifer the OPS manager was very patient and supportive during the time I had issues with making a refund. She helped in contacting for me the appropriate customer service and IT person to resolve the issue. I am very thankful for her dedication as she was the only manager who stepped up to offer a solution.
I usually come here all the time for all of my makeup but yesterday I had came across one of the employees that was at checkout and she was very rude and not patient to a point my hands started shaking . I love this location but I would say I was very disappointed.
I had THE BEST experience today at the Rosenberg location thanks to the lovely Isabella. I had the most awful experience with the Clinique lady 2 years ago, to the point that I left crying and have never let anyone else help me from that location. Today, I decided to accept the help. Not only did I leave with a new product recommendation, but I left with 2 other purchases and a smile on my face and in my heart. She’ll never know how much her kindness, time, and genuine spirit truly touched me and made me feel like someone cared. Give her a promotion, a raise, something because she deserves it.
