I had THE BEST experience today at the Rosenberg location thanks to the lovely Isabella. I had the most awful experience with the Clinique lady 2 years ago, to the point that I left crying and have never let anyone else help me from that location. Today, I decided to accept the help. Not only did I leave with a new product recommendation, but I left with 2 other purchases and a smile on my face and in my heart. She’ll never know how much her kindness, time, and genuine spirit truly touched me and made me feel like someone cared. Give her a promotion, a raise, something because she deserves it.
