I’ve been searching for the right cleaners for a long time, and I finally found them. They were exactly what I was hoping for. The moment I walked through the door, my whole house smelled amazing, and every room was spotless. They met every expectation I had — and honestly, exceeded a few. I’m so grateful to have found a team that truly cares about the details.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. it was a complete waste of my time, and I would not recommend this business to anyone.

I was disappointed with the cleaning service and unfortunately it did not meet my expectations. One of the biggest surprises was that the cleaners arrived without their own vacuum cleaner, which immediately raised concerns about the quality of the service.

The floors were one of my main priorities, yet they were not cleaned thoroughly. Some areas appeared to have been skipped entirely, while others were still visibly dirty after the cleaning was completed. In addition, they were careless with my furniture, moving items roughly without much regard for my home.

I hired this company expecting a professional, detail-oriented cleaning, but the overall service fell well short of what was promised. Based on my experience, I would not use this service again or recommend it to others.

First low review I have ever given to a company-
My husband and I keep our home pretty clean, however I am giving birth to twins in a few days, so we wanted a professional crew prior to. Unfortunately, we never got that from this company.
I scheduled an AM slot cleaning, which meant they were to be there between 8am-11am. No one showed and no communication occurred after many attempts to reach them by phone and text. I wasted my morning waiting for them. I had to leave in the afternoon, so I even got someone to stay at my house in case they showed. Finally someone texted me (didn’t even call) at 2:10 saying there were car issues and they couldn’t get to me that day and asked to reschedule. I get that problems occur that are out of our control but when you don’t communicate the delay, there is no excuse. I decided to give them another chance to reschedule for the following morning with a $50 discount. I was told the team would be at my house first thing-specifically by 9am. No surprise-Noone showed nor communicated when that time came and went. I called (left a voicemail) and texted and got zero responses. By 9:40am, my family decided we are not waiting around again for a clean to “maybe” occur. I left a voicemail and text to cancel and of course no response. Finally at 10:20, someone called telling me they would be there in 20 minutes. I told her we cancelled due to a lack of communication.

Do NOT book especially if you want reliability for the clean to occur as scheduled or at least halfway decent communication.

Very professional and great service. I was soo afraid who I would find for the same day service. Molly Maid was excellent and found me people for the same day cleaning.

I wish they cleaned in a bit more detail instead of surface clean but overall what they clean is excellent work

I made an appointment for cleaning on April 14, 2026. I requested the cleaning maids who cleaned my home in December 2025. The manager stated she would assign the two maids. The manager assigned other maids. The manager did the same thing in January 2026. I kept the appointment in January 2026.

April 14, 2026, appointment I did not keep. I was not wasting my money for cleaning service where I would have to tell the maids what to do and check on them. The manager did not respect my wishes. Dirty vehicles do not represent a clean maid crew.

Not using this company any longer. A big disappointment.

Had initial visit. Went very well, no issues.

The team was professional and hard working. Really nice ladies.
