Been using this cleaners for 10 plus years I consider Kim or Rosa to be the best I have ever used. Kim will quickly become your friend she is wonderful at making you feel like you are her only customer. I highly recommend Kim and her work top notch in everything she does.
So I came to Kim's alterations because I needed to alter my Valentines day dress. Kim is so positive, energetic and a very happy person. Her personality is infectious. I was in need of a pair of uniform slacks that could be hemmed on the same date. I called several other dry cleaners/alterations but they all said that they send alterations off and it would take several days. I finally contacted Ms Kim and she indicated that she could do it. When I arrived back in town on Friday night, I got up and took my slacks to Ms Kim on Saturday morning. I was very surprised when she had them ready in an hour. They were hemmed perfect to where I wanted. This lady is a professional, friendly and knows how to treat a customer. Thank you Ms Kim. I will definitely be a return customer for my laundry needs.
